In this lecture, Glazing Society of India (GSI) brings together senior leaders from the glass, façade, and fenestration sectors to share industry insights with students, researchers, and faculty members. The lecture series begins with Mr. Santhanam discussing the technical innovations and advancements in glass technology, especially recent developments. Mr. Kankar will then share his views on industry expectations for young architects and engineers. Ms. Khanna will talk about job opportunities in the glass industry, highlighting career pathways and skill requirements. Mr. John will speak on opportunities in the façade and fenestration industry, both nationally and internationally. Finally, Mr. Gupta will discuss the evolution of the glass industry and emerging global trends.
